Our remote environment gives us the opportunity to hire great people right where they are. And we’ve designed a global Professional Development Reimbursement Program to meet the needs of Houzzers across all teams in developing their skills to advance their careers. Global people managers also are invited to be part of our six-month Mentor Program, where they can gain insight and inspiration from other Houzz leaders.
