Tour an Equine Vet’s Updated Country Kitchen With Midcentury Soul

Set in the heart of New York horse country, this renovated kitchen by Curated Nest blends rustic charm with midcentury flair. Designers Erin Coren and Lina Galvão, who use Houzz Pro software, transformed a dark, cramped layout into a bright and welcoming space with bold black-and-white floors and a generous island for both prep and entertaining. Layered textures, soft greens, a striking backsplash and a graceful arched breakfast nook add warmth and personality — showing that function and beauty can share the reins.

Looks like an ILVE induction range. I have the same one and I love it.. Don’t put soap on it— just clean with hot water/soft towel. Mine looks new after years of use. Lovely kitchen.

This is beautiful. My favorite part is the marble backsplash and shelf.

The tile/grout matching on hood and arch is sweet! Fantastic table and overhead light.

Perhaps this is an OK place to ask...where do you see tin tiles in a house. I love them but would like to know how to incorporate them in my tiny house. Thank you!

Whoever did the video gave a seamless flow to the whole experience. Lovely feminine kitchen with lots of creative use of spaces. I always enjoy seeing what Curated Nest is up to!
